Starting at $2,500 / month
Designed for small to mid-sized businesses, generally with 1-2 owners and fewer than 50 employees
Strategic thought partner: Help business owners and leaders shift their focus from working “in” to working “on” the business. Provide insight and assistance as a trusted advisor to implement plans that drive improvement and change
Business assessment: Monthly analysis of your business and financial statements to identify areas of concern that may be limiting growth, profit, and cash flow.
Target establishment: Annual consultation regarding business and personal goals, followed by establishment and documentation of a plan to achieve targets.
Scoreboard: Monthly one-page “scoreboard” report to distinguish roadblocks to successful goal achievement
Short-term action plan: Monthly video call to discuss a short list of the most important “next steps” that need to happen within the next 30 days.
Long-term plan: Assistance with identifying items that will increase the long-term value of your business. Includes ongoing monitoring and successful integration of short and long-term goals and action plans.
Executive Management Consulting
Starting at $5,000 / month
Designed for mid-sized to large businesses with increased complexity and executive leadership teams
Strategic thought partner: help business owners and leaders shift their focus from working “in” to working “on” the business. Provide insight and assistance as a trusted advisor to implement plans that drive improvement and change
Assessments: Meetings with identified main client contact + executive leadership as determined together
Weekly calls/contact with client: Address progress on stated targets, along with new challenges that have arisen since last contact
Long-Term Targets: Annual target setting consultation, along with minimum quarterly review of identified Long-term targets
Reporting: Monthly reporting to client contact + executive leadership teams as determined together
Business Assessment & Management Consulting
Hourly rate is dependent upon length of engagement and services requested
Process Review: Detailed systems and process review associated with areas of concern
Team Member Consultation & Coaching: Coaching, coordination with, interviews, and shadowing of personnel
Exit Planning: Outline goals and plans for succession and owner exit, including processes, data, and documentation, in preparation for future transactions.
